Hyper Air Gas Control

Range of electronic digital controls,  evolution of AGC, designed to equip gas appliances with premix burner through electronic gas/air ratio control system (EGARC) based on flame signal (DINAMICO) as process feedback

It includes: ignition and control of premix burner, appliance management, HMI on board, communication Bus. Compared with AGC range, it has higher component density and  Switching Mode Power Supply (SMPS) on board. Moreover it supports gas valve SGV and DINAMICO, the combustion feedback patented by B&P, thus allowing to implemet Active Combuston Control System on the gas appliance. It's the standard for all the premix gas boilers of new generation. The behaviour of the board is good in different and even not stable mains electrical supplies.  Most of the available functions can be activated through SW parameter, like Outside Temperature compensation (OTC), and smart algorithms have been developed in order to optimize the heating management. HAGC is equipped with EMC filters, communication interface, igniter and power supply on board. HAGC is designed to be customized and easily tailored on different needs.
